Simon Weetch is a Chartered Construction Manager with 25 years of experience in the highways and civil engineering sector. They have held significant roles, including Associate Director and Principal Engineer at IMA Transport Planning Limited, before becoming Technical Director at Hydrock, which transitioned to Stantec in 2025. Currently, as Technical Director (Highways) at Stantec, Simon leads the southern highways team, overseeing project design, technical submissions, and compliance with regulations while managing and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians.
