Stéphane Hoffman

Stéphane Hoffman is an experienced professional in building science with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Vice President and Building Science Discipline Lead at Stantec since January 2025, Stéphane previously held various leadership roles at Morrison Hershfield, including VP Facade Engineer, Building Consulting Practice Leader, and Senior Building Science Specialist from May 1994 to January 2025. Stéphane began a career in building science as a Research Assistant at the National Research Council in 1993. Stéphane's academic credentials include a Master of Applied Science in Heritage Conservation from Université de Montréal, a Master of Engineering in Building Rehabilitation from McGill University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Ottawa, complemented by further studies at the University of Toronto, Carleton University, and Concordia University.
