Stephanie Elliott currently serves as the Chair for the Rocky Mountain Section American Water Works Association (RMSAWWA) since August 2024. With extensive experience in the water and wastewater engineering sector, Stephanie has been with Stantec since August 2013, where roles have included US MTN West Regional Sector Lead for Drinking Water, Sr. Project Manager, Client Service Manager, Project Manager, and Project Engineer. Prior to Stantec, Stephanie worked as a Design Engineer at TST Inc. of Denver from July 2008 to August 2013, focusing on design and construction services for water and wastewater treatment facilities and related projects. Initial career experiences included internships at HDR Engineering and Shive Hattery between 2005 and 2008. Stephanie holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Iowa and an MS in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
