Steve Eich, PE, LEED, REP, CDT is an accomplished electrical engineer with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. Currently serving as Principal Electrical Engineer at Stantec since October 2025, Eich previously held positions as Associate Principal and Senior Electrical Engineer at Interface Engineering, Inc. from May 2021 to October 2025, and Associate Principal at Buro Happold from July 2019 to May 2021. Eich has a history of progressive leadership roles at ESD, initially as Vice President and later as Electrical Technical Director, as well as experience with PositivEnergy Practice and Sargent & Lundy. Eich's career began in electrical engineering roles at Duke Engineering and Services, Vectra Technologies, and ABB Impell. Eich earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Bradley University between 1984 and 1988, following attendance at Herscher High School from 1978 to 1982.
