Suzanne Mammel

Suzanne Mammel, MBA, is a seasoned professional in the residential construction industry, currently serving as Co-founder and Director at Live Urban since October 2023, and as a Senior Associate at Stantec since December 2020. Prior experience includes a six-year tenure as CEO and Executive Officer of the West End HomeBuilders' Association, where responsibilities encompassed strategic direction, communication, HR, finances, events, training, risk management, and advocacy for the organization. Suzanne also contributed to the Canadian Home Builders' Association National as a Board Member and Chair of the Executive Officers' Council from May 2018 to May 2019. A career that began in construction at A.J. Clarke and Associates Ltd. led to becoming a partner in 2006, managing client services in the Hamilton, Halton, and Niagara areas. Suzanne holds an MBA from McMaster University and a degree in Civil Engineering from Mohawk College.
