Tim Cuell

Tim Cuell is currently a Bid Director at Hydrock and will assume the same role at Stantec starting in 2025. They are a skilled expert in business development with a strong ability to forge client relationships and implement strategic growth initiatives across various sectors, particularly in education and defense. Tim has extensive experience in managing client relations, developing capture and bidding strategies, and navigating the tendering processes, particularly those based on Shipley methodologies. With a background in transport, civil, and building engineering, they bring a flexible and adaptive approach to new challenges in their field. Tim earned a Master's degree from Imperial College London and a Bachelor's degree from Durham University.
