Tim Hoveland

Tim Hoveland, CRSP, is a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) leader with a robust background in developing and implementing safety programs to enhance organizational compliance. They held various roles at Imperial Oil, including Site Compliance Specialist and Contractor Safety Advisor, where they significantly improved safety processes and contractor management. Currently, Tim serves as the Regional HSSE Manager at Stantec, focusing on health and safety in Ontario. Tim is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce degree at the University of Saskatchewan, with a concentration in Marketing, Finance, and General Business, and has achieved distinction in their studies.
