Tom Owen is a Principal Consultant at Stantec with a passion for sustainability and expertise as a Chartered Engineer and Chartered Manager. Previously, they held significant leadership roles in the British Army, including Head of Engineering Operations and Program Manager, where they successfully managed major procurement projects and led teams to improve performance and safety.
