Tom Pendrey

Tom Pendrey is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and renewable energy. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist and Principal Mechanical Engineer at Stantec since June 2021, Tom has previously held key roles including Principal Renewables Engineer at AECOM and Associate Renewables Consultant at Locogen. Notable positions also include Project Developer at Brookfield Renewable, Project Manager at Buccleuch, and Principal Hydropower Mechanical Engineer at Mott MacDonald, where responsibilities included mechanical engineering, project management, and feasibility studies for hydropower projects. Earlier in the career, Tom worked as Development Manager at GreenPower International, Project Engineer at Veolia Environmental Services, and served as a Senior Sea Kayak Guide at Clearwater Paddling.
