Tommy Plahcinski

Tommy Plahcinski is a seasoned professional in civil engineering and stormwater management, currently serving as the Practice Leader for Sustainable Stormwater and Technical Lead for Stormwater Management at Stantec since June 2022. Prior to this role, Tommy held various positions at Storm Consulting (Australia) from August 2010 to June 2022, including Victorian Manager, Team Leader for Victoria, and Senior Civil Engineer, where expertise in civil design, drainage design, water-sensitive urban design, and project management was developed. At Moonee Valley City Council, from December 2007 to July 2010, Tommy worked as a Design Engineer, focusing on drainage design and town planning assessments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Victoria University and a Diploma of Project Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
