Ty Gunter

Ty Gunter is an Engineer in Training at Stantec, specializing in geotechnical engineering since July 2014. Key responsibilities include supporting civil engineering projects such as private developments, roadways, power plants, utilities, dam safety evaluations, and bridge foundation design, while collaborating with notable clients like the Tennessee Department of Transportation and the Tennessee Valley Authority. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant at the Center for Advanced Infrastructure Technology, focusing on geospatial analysis for infrastructure research, and as an Engineering Aide for USDA-ARS, assisting in microbiology lab work and field sampling.
