Vicki Lam

Vicki Lam, PE is a Senior Structural Engineer at Stantec since August 2025, with previous experience as an Engineer A at the NYC School Construction Authority from April 2022 to August 2025. Vicki's career began at Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates, Inc., where roles included Associate III and Associate II from June 2015 to April 2022, as well as an internship as an Engineering Technician in summer 2014. Vicki's early engineering experience includes internships at Otak and research at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, focusing on snow load analysis in building codes, and engaging in residential construction projects. Vicki holds both a Master of Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a high school diploma from Benson Polytechnic Institute, where foundational skills in building construction were acquired.
