Victor Ross

Victor Ross is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental management and project management. Currently serving as Principal at Stantec since April 2019, Ross previously held the position of Senior Environmental Specialist at Michael Baker International from September 2012 to March 2019, where responsibilities included managing environmental projects and overseeing utilization and budgets in the Anchorage office. Prior to that, Ross spent 20 years as a Project Manager with the US Army Corps of Engineers, including a 19-month deployment with the Afghanistan Engineer District, focusing on monitoring construction projects. Ross's career began as a Mining Engineer with the US Bureau of Land Management from 1979 to 1992, reviewing mining plans and collaborating with contractors and local governments. Ross holds a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
