Vince Palace

Vince Palace is a Head Research Scientist at the IISD-ELA and a Senior Aquatic Scientist at the International Institute for Sustainable Development, where they have focused on aquatic toxicology and mechanistic investigations. With over 25 years of experience, Vince has directed projects assessing the impact of various aquatic stressors and contributed to the regulatory framework for Environmental Effects Monitoring. They also serve as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Manitoba, where they earned their Master’s and Ph.D. in Zoology/Animal Biology, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship. Previously, Vince was a Research Scientist with Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
