Wendy Harper is an accomplished structural engineering professional with extensive experience in bridge engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Business Center Practice Leader for Structures at Stantec since June 2019, Wendy has previously held roles such as Structural Engineering Manager and Structures TEC Manager at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff between January 2015 and June 2019. Her earlier career includes positions as an Engineer at GRW, a Design Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff, and a Project Manager/Project Engineer at HNTB. Wendy began her professional journey as a Project Engineer at Palmer Engineering. Wendy holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University Institute of Technology.
