Will Schafer

Will Schafer, PE, LEED AP, ENV SP, is the Mid-Atlantic Water Business Center Practice Leader at Stantec. With extensive experience in water, wastewater, and civil engineering consulting, Will specializes in client development, program management, and project management across a variety of projects, including treatment design and construction services. Will has previously held leadership and managerial roles at several organizations, including Kimley-Horn and HDR, contributing to business development and environmental engineering projects. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and has completed coursework in wastewater treatment at the University of Arizona.
