Wouter Hoogenraad

Wouter Hoogenraad is currently the Operations Director at Stantec, where they focus on optimizing work processes for subsurface infrastructure. They joined Stantec in 2006 as a technical consultant in soil remediation and have since managed numerous environmental projects, including the railway tunnel in Delft and the redevelopment of RDM in Rotterdam. Wouter has held various roles, including Businessline Manager for Subsurface Infrastructure, and has gained an APMP certification in project management. Prior to Stantec, Wouter worked at Gemeente Delft and RSK Netherlands and holds a Bachelor's degree from Hogeschool INHOLLAND.
