Franco Varella

Franco Varella is an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist currently working at Stanton Chase since November 2018, focusing on senior to mid-level hiring for clients in the MENA region and parts of Europe. Prior to this role, Franco served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at DAMAC Properties from July 2014 to October 2018, where responsibilities included recruiting C-suite candidates and conducting talent mapping.
