Leigh Freeman is a geological engineer with over 30 years of experience in the resource industries, both domestically and internationally. They co-founded Fondo Santa Barbara, where they serve as Chairman, focusing on poverty mitigation through sustainable mineral development in marginalized communities. Leigh also co-founded Orvana Minerals and held leadership positions at various organizations, advocating for the junior mining sector and engaging in international discussions about mining education and sustainable practices. Currently, they run Leigh Freeman Consultancy, specializing in strategic recruiting for the mining sector, and contribute as a Strategic Advisor for Stanton Chase. Leigh's educational background includes a BS in Geological Engineering from Montana Technological University.
