Stéphane Flex

Stéphane Flex is an intrapreneur and business developer with extensive experience in B2B services, organizational transformation, and economic and institutional network management. They served as the President's Chief of Staff at Euronext, where they provided strategic advice and managed media relations. Stéphane later became the Regional Delegate for the Movement of Enterprises of France, focusing on economic and communication initiatives, before founding The Progress Factory, an organization dedicated to corporate training. Currently, they are the Managing Director at Stanton Chase France and continue to lead Algoé, a consulting firm specializing in management and human resources. Stéphane holds a Master's degree in Economics and Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL.
