David Fleming

David Fleming is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as the Managing Partner at Acuity since February 2022, David leads global search initiatives, collaborating with boards, chairs, management teams, and investors to connect them with top executive talent. Prior to this role, David has been the Managing Director at Stanton House since November 2011, where responsibilities include building recruitment teams that excel in the Finance, Transformation, Technology, and Executive Search sectors. David's career began at Badenoch & Clark, where a progression from consultant to Director involved managing P&L for various business lines and overseeing the UK customer strategy in the private sector as a member of the Adecco UK Operational Board. David holds a Leadership Programme certification from IMD (2010) and a BA Hons in Geography from the University of Liverpool (1996).
