Alex Jacobs

Alex Jacobs has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Senior .NET Web Developer at RSL (Queensland Branch) until 2013, followed by a similar role at GlobalX Information until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, Jacobs was a Senior .NET Web Developer at Allianz Global Assistance. In 2015, they became a Technical Team Lead at Commerce Vision and held the position until 2016. That same year, they co-founded Coder Kidz Ltd., a non-profit organization focused on providing technology education for students. In 2016, Jacobs also started working as a Senior .NET Developer at Building Employees Redundancy Trust until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Software Development Team Lead, and later a Software Engineering Manager, at Panthera Finance. Jacobs then became a Product Development Manager at Fishbowl Australia from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, they joined EDT - Evidence Disclosure Technology as a Software Engineering Manager. Currently, Jacobs is working as a Trading Technology Leader at Stanwell Corporation Limited, starting in 2023.
