They founded HC Morrison & Associates Pty Ltd, where they held the position of Principal from 2010 until 2024, providing consulting services in asset management and technology for various clients including Queensland Health and Rio Tinto. Prior to that, they served as Manager of Emerging Technologies at Stanwell Corporation from 2004 to 2010, overseeing R&D investments and strategic advice on new technologies. Howard also held the role of General Manager Asset Strategy at Tarong Energy from 2001 to 2004, focusing on long-term asset strategies and environmental initiatives. Currently, they are enjoying retirement.
