Moira Matic is a strategic and human-centred change leader with over 15 years of experience in driving enterprise-wide transformation across the energy, government, and not-for-profit sectors. Moira currently serves as a Portfolio Change Strategist at Stanwell Corporation Limited, where they lead change strategies for complex ICT projects and mentor senior leaders to build organisational change capability. Previously, they held roles such as Change Manager at UnitingCare Queensland and Office Manager at Mackenzie Dixon Lawyers. Moira is also the Principal Change Advisor & Culture Leadership Consultant at Start With People, focusing on human-centred leadership and organisational development. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business from QUT and a Diploma of Project Management from Interlink Technology.
