Carson Altice

Carson Altice, LPC, has extensive experience in loss prevention and field operations within major retail organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Loss Prevention at Staples since July 2021 and as the Sr. Manager of Field Operations Global Loss Prevention since August 2016, Carson manages a team of seven Field Loss Prevention Managers and oversees a $6 million annual shrink budget, achieving significant inventory reduction results. Prior roles include Field Loss Prevention Manager at Staples from 2005 to 2016 and Distribution Loss Prevention Manager at Mervyns from 2001 to 2005, where responsibilities included leading shrink reduction initiatives and overseeing physical security. Earlier experience includes positions at Sears and Target, beginning a career in loss prevention that commenced with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Criminal Law from Weber State University between 1998 and 2004.
