Casey Tonkin

Casey Tonkin currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations at Staples, having ascended from the role of Senior Manager of Sales Operations. In this capacity, Casey oversees both support teams for complex accounts, which generate over 50% of STS revenue, as well as project management leadership across the organization. Previous experience includes managing sales operations and project management teams at Staples, directing MPS service delivery at Next Day Plus, and successfully executing complex IT infrastructure projects at AIS, Inc. Additionally, Casey has a foundation in managed print service delivery from a tenure at OutSource Technologies, where inventory control systems and KPIs were implemented to enhance operational efficiency and client service.
