Dawn Smith possesses extensive experience in operations management within the supply chain industry, currently serving as the FC Manager Ops at Staples since June 2012. Prior roles include General Manager at CEVA Logistics, where Dawn drove operational excellence through Kaizen and Lean methodologies, and Director of Retail National Accounts at Radiance Wood Products, focusing on sales, marketing strategy, and relationship management with retail accounts. Previous experiences also include significant positions at Cardinal Health, where Dawn managed operations for $3 billion in sales revenue, and The Home Depot, where responsibilities spanned import distribution and merchandising. With a foundation in engineering and quality assurance from Osram Sylvania, Dawn holds a BA in Business from Mt St Mary College.
