They have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and driving sustainable initiatives, including a significant increase in green products and the management of an electronic recycling program that processes over 40 million pounds of technology annually. Swenson earned an MBA and MS from the University of Michigan and holds an AB from Princeton University. Prior to their role at Staples, they held various positions in organizations including The Cadmus Group, National Renewable Energy Laboratory, and General Motors.
