Jeff Atwater

Jeff Atwater is a seasoned professional in talent and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Organizational Development at Staples. They also work as a Talent and Organizational Development Consultant, leading various engagements focused on learning, employee engagement, and performance. Previously, Jeff held key roles, including Director of Talent Development at Excelitas Technologies and Associate Director of Learning & Development at Digitas. Jeff's extensive background includes building learning functions and collaborating with senior leaders to drive organizational initiatives. They are currently pursuing a Master's in Adult and Organizational Learning at Suffolk University and hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
