Michael Graff

Michael Graff is a seasoned leader in e-commerce fraud management and loss prevention with over 14 years of experience. Currently serving as Director of Cyber Fraud at Staples, they oversee the fraud prevention efforts within Cyber Security and lead an Analytics Center of Excellence. Previously, at Radial Inc., they held various roles culminating in Director of Fraud, where they guided a diverse team to counter organized cybercrime through innovative strategies. Michael earned a Master's degree in Predictive Analytics from Northwestern University and holds a degree in East Asian Languages and Culture from Indiana University Bloomington.
