Rob Silva is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in virtualization and cloud strategy implementation. Currently serving as Director of Desktop Virtualization, Corporate Email, and Windows Server Platform Operations at Staples since September 2011, Rob has been instrumental in advancing the company’s technological initiatives. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Active Directory, Email/Messaging, and Citrix Virtualization at Staples, as well as significant engineering positions at Fidelity Investments and The Hanover Insurance Group. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Rhode Island, which was completed in 1990.
