Jade McDuling is the Director of People and Culture at Staq, where they focus on creating exceptional experiences for candidates and employees in the fintech sector. Previously, they served as a People Operations Specialist at Ozow and held the role of People Operations Manager at EDGE Education, contributing to innovative learning solutions. Jade began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Tumaini Consulting and has a solid academic foundation in psychology, holding a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Cape Town and a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Industrial Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Additionally, they enhanced their expertise by completing a Talent Acquisition Program at the Academy to Innovate HR.
