David Wu

David Wu is a seasoned professional in investment banking with extensive experience in M&A advisory and capital raising. They served as an Independent Non-executive Board Director at Crédit Agricole CIB from 2018 to 2023 and currently hold the same position at Star Charge and serve as Managing Partner at China Link Capital, advising on cross-border M&A transactions. David's earlier career includes significant roles at J.P. Morgan, Bank of China International, and Lazard. They hold a BA in Literature from Beijing Foreign Studies University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Michigan.
