Patrick Shibly is an experienced IT professional with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from HAMK Häme University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2022, and a Vocational Qualification in Business Information Technology from Tredu Tampereen seudun ammattiopisto, earned in 2017.
