Stephen Springer

Stephen Springer is an experienced Electronic Engineering Technician at Tri Star Engineering, providing vital support for Electro-Optic Visual Augmentation Systems in a test and production environment since February 2014. Stephen also serves as the Founder and Director of Indiana Blue Chips, coaching youth in athletics and character development since November 2004. Previously, Stephen held roles as a Small Arms Weapons Specialist at Strategic Resources Inc. and Tri Star Engineering, managing and testing various weapons systems. His extensive military background includes operations and readiness management in the Indiana Army National Guard and serving as an RF Sonar Radar Technician with the US Army, participating in Operation Desert Shield and Operation Desert Storm. Stephen is currently pursuing an Associate of Science in Political Science and Government at Vincennes University.
