Simon S. Silva

Simon S. Silva is a Mechatronics Engineer currently leading an NVH CAE team at STAR7, where they oversee NVH activities and provide technical guidance to team members. They have previously worked as an NVH CAE Analyst at Applus+ IDIADA, focusing on vehicle virtual validation and complex NVH issue resolution. Simon graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Sudeste de Minas in 2023, and also served as Project Director at Fonte Jr., where they enhanced their leadership and project management skills. Additionally, Simon contributed to the IFLY Aerodesign SAE team in the fields of loads and aeroelasticity from 2020 to 2022.
