At Starbase Innovations, our journey began in 2021 with one burning question: "Why is Waste Everywhere?" As we dug deeper, we uncovered the root of the problem – the lack of a reliable system to capture real-time, accurate data within the waste management industry. This realization sparked our mission to develop an end-to-end platform that empowers waste collectors and recyclers to optimize their daily operations and resources. Today, we are proud to be tracking an impressive 4847 MT of waste per month through our system.

Introducing Swastha, our comprehensive digital platform designed to control, track, and optimize the entire waste management lifecycle – from collection and segregation to recycling. Swastha seamlessly connects all stakeholders within the ecosystem, ensuring transparency, operational efficiency, and compliance.

At the heart of Swastha is IoT-enabled validation at every transaction point, allowing us to track and authenticate waste movement in real time. By integrating weight validation across the value chain, we ensure waste is managed responsibly and never ends up in landfills, instead supporting sustainable recycling practices.

Further driving innovation, Swastha features an AI-driven dynamic route optimization model that boosts efficiency for waste collectors by up to 20%, through real-time logistics and route adjustments. For recyclers, Swastha is powered by blockchain technology to track material flow, generate EPR credits, and seamlessly monetize them. This solution not only helps businesses meet regulatory requirements but also fosters a circular economy. Additionally, recyclers are issued tokens at the end of every waste lifecycle, enhancing traceability and increasing the value of their EPR credits.

By bridging critical gaps in waste management with advanced, technology-driven solutions, Swastha is leading the way toward a more efficient, accountable, and sustainable industry. We're proud to be at the forefront of this revolution.
