Starbridge
Caitlin Sutorius is a dedicated professional in the field of social work and community support, currently serving as a Community Habilitation Specialist at Starbridge since August 2022, where responsibilities include supporting individuals with disabilities in attaining independence. Caitlin has also worked as an Employment Counselor for Starbridge, focusing on enhancing the lives of young adults with disabilities through tailored employment opportunities. Previously, Caitlin interned in Pediatric Social Work at the University of Rochester Medical Center, specializing in Pediatric Endocrinology, Neurology, and Adolescent Medicine. A long-term commitment to supporting youth with complex needs was demonstrated at Mary Cariola Children's Center from 2007 to 2022, where roles included Children's Health Homes Care Manager and Behavior Therapist, emphasizing preventative healthcare and behavioral assessments. Caitlin holds a Master of Social Work from SUNY Brockport and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Allegheny College.
