Jan Clarkson is a dynamic workshop facilitator and executive coach with over 30 years of experience in leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and team building. Currently, Jan serves as a leadership consultant and coach at Starbridge, designing custom training workshops for various organizational levels. Previously, Jan held roles such as Senior Consultant at Korn Ferry and Director of Operations & Training at Molitor International, focusing on executive leadership development and training program delivery. Jan is particularly passionate about accelerating career mobility for women and Asian professionals in U.S. companies. Jan holds a Master’s degree in Student Affairs Administration from Ball State University.
