Benjamin Engstrom has diverse experience in the food and beverage industry, beginning as a Service and Culinary Professional at Olive Garden in 2010. Benjamin advanced to roles such as Service Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team of 60 servers and enhancing guest satisfaction through high-quality training and service standards. Following experiences at Red Robin as General Manager and various positions at Starbucks, including General Manager and Supply Chain Planner, Benjamin currently serves as a Supply Chain Planner at Starbucks since July 2023. Benjamin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Western Washington University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
