Bruce Chen is currently a senior advisor at Lean Enterprise Institute and a partner at Simtruth. They previously served as the Director of Starbucks China University from 2007 to 2014 and have been the Area Director of Operations at Starbucks since 2014. Bruce also held the role of National Training Manager at Yum! China Brands from 2003 to 2007 and was a Store Manager at KFC from 1994 to 1997.
