Cara Beck is the VP of HR at Starbucks Coffee Canada. Cara has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and has worked for companies such as Eddie Bauer and Gap. Cara is a strategic thinker who is able to align business goals with performance effectiveness. Cara is also an expert in conducting internal investigations related to harassment, discrimination and violations of company policy.

Cara Beck has an Associate's Degree in Merchandising from Brooks College and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Operations from Washington State University.
