Cheryl Steele currently serves as an Independent Board Director at AlertMedia since February 2022 and holds the position of Vice President, Global Security & Resilience (CSO) at Starbucks since April 2018, along with a previous title as Director of Global Security Programs & Strategy. Cheryl was a Fellow at the International Women's Forum from October 2022 to June 2023, participating in an intensive executive education program that included coursework at INSEAD and Harvard Business School, alongside mentorship from a global network of women leaders. Cheryl holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
