Eric Long is currently a Human Resources Business Partner at Starbucks, where they focus on employee relations across the US and Canada. With over 25 years of retail management experience, Eric supports leaders in performance management, ensuring equitable employee experiences while partnering with multiple centers of excellence to mitigate risk. Previously, they held various management roles at Starbucks and other establishments, including a District Manager position overseeing a substantial number of stores. Eric is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and enjoys antiquing and exploring the city with their dog, Trixie.
