Their commitment to service led them to volunteer at an orphanage in Madagascar in 2002. Jeff transitioned to internal consulting roles, focusing on organizational design and change initiatives, and later specialized in leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement. Currently, they serve as Principal of Talent Strategy at Starbucks, where they manage succession planning and develop executive talent on a global scale. Known for their facilitative approach and innovative ideas, Jeff inspires leaders and businesses towards excellence.
