Jeff Roache

Jeff Roache is a technology leader currently serving as VP of Retail Consumer Technology at Starbucks. With over 15 years of experience, they have driven complex projects across diverse global teams, focusing on systems integration for large-scale initiatives. Previously, Jeff held various leadership roles at Starbucks, including overseeing the design and operations of the largest non-subscription loyalty platform in North America. Jeff also worked at Boeing as a Senior Project Manager and consultant, where they successfully managed complex programs and improved organizational performance. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration at Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from Washington State University.
