Jonathan M. is currently the Director of Corporate Counsel in Corporate and Securities at Starbucks Corporation, where they support corporate governance, corporate development, and SEC/regulatory reporting. Previously, Jonathan served as a Partner at K&L Gates, advising on complex mergers and public equity offerings. They gained experience as an Associate in the New York Capital Markets Practice at White & Case and contributed as a Mentor at the Jones + Foster Accelerator at the University of Washington. Jonathan holds a J.D. from Notre Dame Law School and is licensed to practice in Washington State and New York.
