Michael Glaze

Michael Glaze has a robust background in coffee and customer service, highlighted by roles in various esteemed companies. At Moody Bible Institute from July 2010 to May 2013, Michael served as a Student Services Assistant, focusing on media creation and managing social media for MBI - Spokane. Michael later joined Starbucks, where responsibilities included roasting coffee and leading trainings as a Reserve Coffee Roaster. As a Store Manager, Michael coached baristas and organized coffee-related events. Previous experience includes positions at The Scoop, HeBrews Coffee Bar, INDABA Coffee, and Bow Truss Coffee Roasters, where a significant contribution involved expanding the business from 3 to 11 cafes. Education includes studies at Fox Valley Lutheran High School and Concordia Academy.
