Robert McCoy

Robert McCoy is an experienced director and general manager with a strong background in P&L accountability and operational leadership within the hospitality sector. Currently serving as the Director & General Manager of Acquisitions UK at Starbucks since July 2018, Robert has also held various leadership roles, including Director & General Manager for EMEA and Operations Director for the UK, where responsibilities included overseeing the performance of significant store networks. Prior to Starbucks, Robert was the Regional Director at PizzaExpress and held multiple managerial positions at Waitrose, focusing on commercial and marketing initiatives alongside operational improvements. Robert's career began as an Army Officer after graduating from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, complemented by academic credentials in Food & Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University.
