Ryan Bell

Ryan Bell is currently the VP of R&D at Newton CFV, Inc., where they lead innovative research and development initiatives. They previously held several engineering roles at Starbucks, including Sr. Packaging Systems Engineer and Sr. Concept Design Engineer, where they specialized in human-centered design and large-scale equipment programs. Ryan's early experience included being a barista at Paul's Coffee Bar and participating as a chassis team member in UWashington Formula Motorsports. Additionally, Ryan worked as a construction laborer at Barnards Building, where they developed a strong work ethic.
